Crackdown

I've got a red and grey Crackdown disc, with the little slip of paper in the case, but there's no sticker on the front. Halo 3 Beta is still greyed out on my (and many others)'s menu.

Yes as is mine... where is my Beta? Beta now... this is such a heeping truck of fail!

This is not cool I bought this stupid game for Halo and when the time comes they dont deliver. Shouldnt they test these types of things it seems really rediculous.

People on this forum are getting used to waiting now... apparently there is a delay

I couldnt agree more with master of fuzz, i also bought the game for halo 3

Its not fair the people who got the invite through rule of three or whatever are playin it now.

And the people who pay hard earned cash to play find out they cant

not impressed bungie...... its not like you havent had months to sort these things out

Crackdown is an awesome game - sure the halo 3 beta was an extra incentive for me to buy it, but I've found Crackdown to be an incredibly fun game, especially in co-op. While you guys are waiting for the beta why don't you actually play Crackdown for a few minutes and give it a chance. You're missing out.

Your mistake was buying a $60 game for a beta that will be a couple of weeks long.  And because the beta is delayed a few hours, it's hardly reason to start screaming foul.

Besides, what makes you think the download is going to be quick anyway?  Servers are going to be hammerred.  I wouldn't expect to play till later today anyway

But i had it rented (without beta invite) and only bought it to play halo 3 so still feel short changed.

Especially since february they have advertised to show if you buy this game you have an automatic invite.

Took a half day from work today to play it, might as well not bothered and i bet im not the only one.

First Halo three is goning to be the best game ever and your telling me you bought crackdown cause you thought it was good. It was worth a rent at the most.

I hear ya.  I'm going into work a little late because of it as well but as long as the issues are fixed before the wknd starts then I'll be happy

That sounds fair to me.  I'm not mad that it's delayed i'm just dissapointed that the one day that i'm up early in the god forsaken morning and remember that there was something of interest to do, isn't up.
